Service Desk Analyst - Partially Remote Work
Responsibilities:
- provide 1st level technical support through telephone
- handle inbound and outbound calls
- escalate incidents to the next level of support
- support the client with all necessary information
- document incidents into the ticketing system
- take ownership of incidents and be proactive when dealing with user issues
Skills and Qualifications:
- experience with MS Office and Outlook
- Point of Sales support experience is an advantage
- quick learner, team player, flexible and dynamic
- excellent telephone manner and listening skills
- excellent communication skills
- customer oriented
- attention to details and accuracy in performing tasks
- ability to work efficiently in a dispersed team and individually
- fluent in Romanian; English min. B1
