CHALLENGE

Exasol was expanding its operations team and among other roles was looking for a Service & Support Engineer to be based in Germany.

The budget and skills constraints made it difﬁcult for the Exasol HR team to ﬁnd a matching candidate in western Europe.

After 6 months of efforts they decided to expand their search towards Eastern Europe and other areas, as well as to involve headhunters, among them Trieres.

APPROACH

We analyzed the role requirements, coordinated with Exasol’s team to deﬁne the candidate proﬁle, and then started the recruitment process.

We suggested an approach that would mitigate the budget and skills constraints.

Within a short time, we managed to present a few candidates proﬁles to Exasol, one of which made a perfect match for the team.
