CHALLENGE

While bidding for the Saudi Spectrum Management System (SSMS), a 300 MEUR project, the customer informed Detasad that would better prefer an inhouse solution for one of the main components, the Frequency Management Software.

No inhouse resources to develop a technical proposal for an alternative frequency management solution.

The short turnaround of 2 months.

APPROACH

We gathered and managed a Romanian team of frequency management and software experts to solve the problem as fast as possible.

Involved a total of 5 experts.

Planned and managed the project.

Delivered a solution fully compliant with the requirements.

Project Review

The Romanian team was able to identify a solution fully compliant with all the requirements, due to its previous experience with the software provider's system. The result of our collaboration with TRIERES was an excellent document of over 130 pages delivered on time, and very well received by our customer.
