Service Desk Analyst with Bulgarian

Responsibilities:

  • provide 1st level technical support through telephone
  • handle inbound and outbound calls
  • escalate incidents to the next level of support
  • support the client with all necessary information
  • document incidents into the ticketing system
  • take ownership of incidents and be proactive when dealing with user issues

Skills and Qualifications:

  • experience with MS Office and Outlook; Lotus Notes is a plus
  • Point of Sales experience is an advantage
  • quick learner, team player, flexible and dynamic
  • excellent telephone manner and listening skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • customer oriented
  • attention to details and accuracy in performing tasks
  • ability to work efficiently in a dispersed team and individually
  • fluent in Bulgarian and English; German is a plus
